RETURNS

I accept returns. Please contact me and ship the piece back to me, insured, within 7 days of receipt to request a full refund. The shipping address will be shared with you upon receipt of your email regarding the request.

The piece should be in its original condition, with the original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are, unfortunately, non-refundable. 

Please also remember that brightness, contrast, and color vary from screen to screen, so if you want to be absolutely certain about a particular piece, please email stroconis@gmail.com to discuss any concerns you may have.

SHIPPING

All works are carefully packaged with utmost care, and shipped, with insurance, via USPS.

How do you calculate shipping on purchases with multiple items?

If you are purchasing multiple items and shipping to a single destination address, we will issue a partial refund for the difference on your shipping charges. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

How soon will my order arrive?

I pack and ship orders Monday-Friday, however I am a team of one, and sometimes it takes a little longer. I try my best to ship orders within 3 business days of when the order was placed. Still, there are exceptions. If you need your order expedited, please get in touch, and I’ll try to help! 

Do you ship worldwide? 

If you are outside of the U.S., please send me an email (stroconis@gmail.com) to coordinate shipping fees and arrangements based on your location prior to making a purchase.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Once you get the “ready for pick-up” signal please email us at stroconis@gmail.com to arrange.

I’ve received my order but it arrived damaged.

Oh no! I'm so sorry. Please get in touch right away and within 7 days of receiving your item so we can discuss your options. Please contact me.
